This is a site about design in the real world. We’ll be looking at how designers are taught, trained to perform in business, and where their talents blend with other disciplines.
The site runs on WordPress, and is themed with a customized version of Lorenzo Lagana’s Renova, freely downloadable from his own site.
Titling typography is FontShop’s recut of DIN, an old favorite, and Jos Buivenga’s marvelous Museo Sans. Both are distributed to this site from TypeKit.
The design and code are unfinished as of this writing, but that’s always the case in creative endeavors.
